Once again we have a top line up of bands in the pipeline, we have some already confirmed and some are still to getting their blummin’ agents and management companies to try and drag out as much cash as possible from us. Anyway as soon as we get bands confirmed we’ll start to put their details on here.

In the meantime rest assured that the line up will be bigger and better than last year!

Roma took its current form in late 2004, when Rich joined the band. This lead to a change in direction to a more ambient style. Matt, Mark and Will had been working together for a while previous to this and the collection of styles lead to the sound that is Roma today.

Roma has played at several high profile gigs in Manchester including Headline sets at both the Night&Day and The Late Room. With gigs to follow in Sheffield, Nottingham and London.

Tokyo Dawns are a 3 piece rock band from Guildford Surrey. They started in November 2004 and since then have done a live radio show, 8 festivals, many gigs and are appearing in the BBC show Silent Witness in August 2006. They have been described as "U2 meets Joy Division" and "Pink Floyd on speed"

Rob (A.K.A Lonan) and Jan first decided to merge their musical tastes while studying at university in Manchester. Rob was always staying true to the genre of Hip Hop and turntabalism, where as Jan was hitting the breakbeats and electronica. When they moved into a house in Fallowfield, MCR, they had the idea to merge these styles to add some spice to a standard DJ set. With the laid back beats and styles of Jan and the cuts and stabs from Rob, a more interesting vibe was created. An eclectic mix of musical styles with a hint of turntabalism changes it from your standard DJ set to something more interesting, more of a live music set. From hip hop to reggae, electronica to breaks, soul to DnB, all aspects are covered at some stage.
